Since you have already confused me a bit in between, I have to stupidly ask again whether this represents your house or the neighbor's (perhaps you could depict your half of the property in color and the other in gray, then it would be easier to recognize). The guest WC with the "internal window" as a "house within a house" is already pretty crazy, but the master bathroom in the guest WC (or old building narrow bathroom) style tops that. I also put a question mark behind the dressing room. Where is the ridge supposed to run? I again suggest better access to the house with a side entrance instead of a front entrance. Here it seems to me that a directional dogma blinds you to the fact that you are imposing a "wrong" axis on the rooms through the unfavorable access (which then continues within the rooms). Figuratively speaking, the rooms are being strangled here with the umbilical cord.

:) if I confused you, it was completely unintentional. The pictures in my previous post are the plans of my house. I tried the plan with the entrance facing east, but I couldn't develop a feasible plan. Maybe you could indicate how you will do it? Regarding the upper floor, I also don't want a corridor bathroom, but is there another option in the existing layout?

In the shown orientation, I don’t see the floor plan becoming significantly worse; otherwise, I wouldn’t insist so much on relocating the entrance. Show me the plan you were not satisfied with. My question about the ridge direction is still unanswered.

according to the development plan:

"The main ridge direction is to be aligned along the longer side of the main buildings"

If the entrance comes from the east side, the main problem was that the dining room and living room lie on the southwest-north side, which is not optimal since the west side is only one wall.

At 14.4 to 14.0 meters of the total semi-detached house translated into plain language, that is in a west-east direction. Then keep tinkering and come up with a better layout. It doesn't have to be a bullseye on the first try. I say: if the access does not further split the already narrow house in width (and also tends toward the hub "stairs" via a shorter route, more compact rooms become possible. The only room floor shape that is again fundamentally worse than the dogmatic square is the squeezed tube. By relocating the entrance, you would stop preventing more favorable room cross-sections. If the animal protection law applied to the proportions of room floor areas, you would go to jail for this floor plan ;-) Seriously: as much as I, as 11ant, know about porcelain shops, with this access you are ruining the floor plan. Even here in post #1 the upper floor turned out significantly worse regarding the master suite. I stick to it, the narrow-side entrance deals a death blow to the floor plan layout here.

thank you for the input. I have tried to revise the plan. Could you please take a look at it?
