Here is my revised floor plan with straight stairs.

Changes:
- Bathroom moved on the ground floor.
- Backup kitchen added for storage space
- Wardrobe extended by 50cm for daily jackets
- Shower on the upper floor closed and extended to 1.6m long so it’s possible without a door
- Window added in the dressing room, wardrobes facing each other

Why is North at the bottom for you? It is better to always align all plans the same way and then, if possible, have North at the top.
