The staircase doesn't work like that. 5 steps covered over? How high is the story height? Bathroom on the upper floor without a window? Why is north at the bottom for you? It's better to always align all plans the same way and then, if possible, have north at the top.

It should work with 2 steps, we have a clear rough construction height of 2.75 m. A window is planned in the bathroom at the height of the bathtub plus a skylight. I also can't rotate it because I don't have an architectural program.

That's right! I misread the door. However, the encasement of the stairs is indeed very much a "layman’s design," the encasement of the pipes and constant change of direction is remarkably persistent.
