Yes, you can do that, create a level at 288 m and then the finished floor at approx. 288.2 m. Then the mass balance works out. But only if the ground is load-bearing. But then you don’t gain any daylight in the basement?We have a slight slope to the north, approx. 1 meter over the width of the property. My idea was that we terrace it. At least that's what our neighbors do.

This causes slight confusion among respondents. I forgot to mention that I find the living room extremely uncomfortable with the many openings, whether windows, doors, or passages. What is too much is simply too much: the accesses turn the room into a hallway.My idea was that we do the terracing.

Thank you for the hint. I will talk to my wife about it. I could also imagine fewer doors in the living room / kitchen. Do you think the living / dining room would be more pleasant with a proper wall instead of the glass wall?That causes slight confusion among respondents. Yes, linking is forbidden here.
But you can use a snipping tool to cut out the area with your property from the development plan and then upload the file. The same goes for the relevant text section as well as the descriptions of the plan.
