The basement has so many windows on the lower plan side and 2 real recreational rooms, but you stated that you do not have a hillside location. Do you want to do all of that with light wells? Then where should the terrace on the ground floor go?

Basically, I like the floor plan quite a bit, but I don't think it can be done for 550k.

Yes, linking is prohibited here.

But you can use a snipping tool to cut out the area with your property from the development plan and then upload the file. Likewise with the relevant text section as well as the descriptions of the plan.

I have the feeling you are putting the cart before the horse. At least I don’t see a site plan with marked parking spaces / garage / carport + driveway, house, terrace, etc. On top of that, you keep inflating your castle. You want to create living spaces in the basement? The budget of 500K is already questionable for a storage basement – for living spaces in my opinion, it's unrealistic. Not to mention that windows are not easily possible there, especially if there is also a terrace above. Three bathrooms also need to be paid for, and still none is for the children. That doesn’t seem very well thought out to me. The interested reader now wonders whether you can / want to increase the budget or would rather make cuts? With a site plan and realistic room program, the discussion will become more serious.

The basement is not within the budget anyway. The slope goes to the north. I would also want to have the windows in the basement there. Unfortunately, that’s where the stairs are. Standard designs rarely work on a slope.

Slope? How steep? How do you know that? It says "Slope: no" in #1. And that too! ;)

We have a slight incline to the north, about 1 meter over the width of the property. My idea was that we terrace it. At least that's what our neighbors do.
