Ok, I think we will plan a five-figure amount as a buffer for the static calculations.
The basement will be built of masonry and waterproofed with thick coating according to DIN. We (or rather our civil engineer) will then install the dimpled membrane and drainage before backfilling.
Yes, the EL will still be complex because we preferably want tiles everywhere. But we will also get help with that and not do everything alone. For example, the basement could possibly be done later, once we are already living in the house, in case time runs away from us beforehand. There are these zipper doors where little or no dust gets through.

But we are not that far yet :D

I still haven’t understood what a construction service description has to do with data protection – it’s not customer-specific and for a reputable general contractor it’s available on the website for barrier-free download.

Bathrooms don’t have to be stacked, but bathroom above the dining area should be avoided.
Better to have children’s rooms facing south than north.
3.5 m living room width, many narrow rooms, entrance situation multiple corners not inviting.
With a staircase having a 2 meter stairwell width you get 75 cm stair width.
Many niches poorly usable. The hallway too.
Windows in the living area are rather narrow.

Not on ours. I once complained about the throwing of cotton balls there. I was so looking forward to being able to act without applying the brakes. No way. I'm used to much worse.
