No, there isn't. But still, I wouldn’t come up with such general statements... All the documents were sent to me by email after the very first, 5-minute phone call.

By the way, yesterday I got in touch with "real" builders via Instagram, and apart from minor issues (which certainly occur with 99.9999% of all construction companies), they are so far satisfied with the services.

But as I said, we haven’t even decided whether it will be this company at all. There are other companies still in the running.
