I don’t really know what the privacy settings have to do with my activity here, but you’ve got to give me some time to respond  I’m not online all day… The room on the ground floor is also used as a home office. The grandparents say that they will stay with us then, but currently they have an apartment on the fourth floor and grandpa is having a hard time - honestly, it’s family and if they need care later, they will stay with us longer. If that doesn’t work out in the house, we’ll just have to find a rental apartment on the ground floor. But since the prices for a 4-room apartment are currently around 1800, you can also use that to pay off the mortgage on a house. But thanks for the advice anyway, it’s understandable when you don’t know the family situation.

No, the architect calculated the 1300 as turnkey.. :/ he calculates as a freelance architect.

The 360 are from the builder (GU).

So far, incidental construction costs were given to us as 30 (prefabricated house), 50 (architect, including service phases 1-9…), and 80 (solid construction; including garage). We want to calculate with the 80 so that we have a buffer for selections, price increases, etc.

What do you mean by that? We are not planning a house with a garage for a fleet, a pool, or a party cellar. We are planning a house with 2 children's rooms and a "multifunctional" office, since we work 60:40 from home. Do you think that is "big" dreaming? Maybe I am reading the sentence too badly and you don't mean it that way

You can enlighten us. After your #38 it reads as if they all want to move in with you at some point. I can’t make a suggestion if the questions remain unanswered… there was, for example, the building window and more. My questions in #35 were not answered in any way.

You are currently planning a 180sqm house with 3 children's rooms (plus multi-room) and an expansion reserve of about 50sqm in the attic.
