What other questions do you have? I went through #35 again. Except that you don't like having the grandparents with us? So we unfortunately need the room on the ground floor, or if we build, then with it :confused: yes, with normal guests you sometimes sleep on the couch etc., but they will stay with us for a few months first and the rest in their own apartment – as long as they realize that they can no longer manage alone, I think. Excuse me, apparently we talked past each other. It is only my grandparents, about 80 – so yes, a senior couple. I didn’t even think to specify the number of people, sorry! I formulated it with the barrel because I had exactly included that room at the beginning as "indispensable." If it’s not financially feasible, then we’re out anyway – that’s just how it is. I know the budget is tight in the current situation, even though we planned the incidental construction costs more generously. If the house with the rooms (multi-room and 2 children’s rooms) isn’t financially within reach, then better rent and accordingly bigger/smaller depending on what you need. I would like to point out that for people in need of care, a completely different dimensioning of the bathroom is necessary. In this small guest bathroom, it is not possible for one person to safely assist another.
