It makes sense to keep compiling information repeatedly.

The checklist also serves the purpose that certain information is always in the same place and you don't have to analyze every text first ;).
And the plot to the left is only for the neighboring house and your driveway, or how should one imagine that?

It would also be nice to simply depict the house within the plot.

Isn't the entrance located somewhat inconveniently there?
Will there only be a simple parking space at the bottom of the plan, i.e. on the east side?

Take a look at Schwörerhaus, narrow floor plan. There is a floor plan with a straight staircase measuring 7x11. If you extend it by about 4 meters, you can fit a study in the ground floor. Just as an idea, I quickly drew this – without claim to exact dimensions, it is only a sketch for illustration.

@idbk14 ... that will at least be difficult like that in the upper floor. Only 100 cm knee wall, for example, you won’t be able to get around the bed in the master bedroom.

True, then you would have to rotate the bed 180° and place the headboard against the outer wall. Not ideal either – I know.
