- Replace castle walls with a slimmer wall structure
- Place a straight staircase along the less attractive cardinal direction and align the room program accordingly.

It's bad because then you come up to the knee wall 100 cm high in the upper floor and stand directly in this slope.

Our general contractor built our construction window of 10m with a house of 9.87m, they also want exterior plaster ;) , and only after the survey has been completed.

Then just wind at the end or come up under a dormer. The sketched staircase is definitely the worst form for this building structure.

Even if it doesn't really help with the floor plan… The plot next door is identical? I see the same building envelope there!? So the house does not exist yet either! Are these building gaps or is this a new development area? (the former…) Why a single-family house is prescribed here is beyond me, especially since only 1 VG is permitted.

Regarding the house. The main body is basically fixed. LxWxH. Front door position as well? The architect can thus only get creative with the interior!? DN48 should be set…

Due to the “castle walls” already mentioned here, you have just 3 m inside each room at 7 m (outer dimension) and then the slope in each case. The challenge is clearly the upper floor, although the ground floor naturally depends directly on the stairs.

In the current floor plan (TE), sleeping is hard to furnish. You would have to put a wardrobe in the middle of the room.

Really difficult… Hallway + storage space are practically non-existent…

How many “cooks” have already been involved?

We also really like the idea! That also makes the hallway seem a bit airier. We'll definitely consider that again.
