Check if 17.5 cm interior walls instead of 11.5 cm are feasible. Among other things, use masonry blocks with increased sound insulation. Otherwise, the floor plan is fine. The room in the attic / [DG] would also be interesting.

I do agree with you ... it’s not really my way either. I just unfortunately notice that nowadays people often no longer stick to a netiquette that I still consider obvious. If I use a forum, I first read a bit there, especially pinned posts in the areas that interest me before I ask my first question. And sometimes I just lose my temper ;).

What repeatedly happens to us old-timers is just the one first mistake for the newcomers before they are even welcomed. Once you internalize that, it works in the long run. Yes, the constant linking of the questionnaire, which is not hidden, also annoys me. But even more frustrating is the ignorance of this request. Let's see if the original poster takes the time this weekend to fill out the questionnaire and add a site plan ;)

We are planning without carport and garage, plan attached.

We have dealt intensively with terraced house floor plans, but unfortunately they only help to a limited extent, since we have sloping roofs on both sides and therefore almost all terraced house sketches do not work.

We have dealt intensively with terraced house floor plans, but unfortunately they only help to a limited extent, since we have sloping roofs on both sides and therefore almost all terraced house sketches do not work.

I do not have the section available right now and at the planner, but it is probably decisive, we will reach at most 1.40 meters height there over about two meters width.

I am just wondering, since I actually completed all points except the site plan, but oh well.

Development plan/restrictions
Size of the plot 540
Slope no
Site coverage ratio not relevant
Floor area ratio not relevant
Building window, building line and boundary 15m
Edge development no
Number of parking spaces will be planned separately, we probably will get only one underneath
Number of floors single-story
Roof shape gable roof
Style modern, red clinker / white windows specified
Orientation
Maximum heights/limits not relevant

Requirements of the builders
Number of people, age two children, two adults
Room requirements on ground floor, upper floor house size is fixed at 7x15 maximum
Home office? Yes
Overnight guests per year Grandparents often on site for longer periods
Open or closed architecture open
Conservative or modern construction modern
Open kitchen, kitchen island if space then yes
Number of dining seats six
Fireplace no
Music/stereo wall no
Balcony, roof terrace no
Garage, carport no
Utility garden, greenhouse no
House design
From whom is the planning:
-planner of a construction company
-architect

Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 400,000 EUR

Preferred heating technology: air source heat pump

If you have to do without, on which details/extensions
-can you do without:
-can you not do without:

Why has the design turned out the way it is? For example, intensive work for several months and some desperate planners.
Office: Home office

What can be seen on the site plan? How does your plot run? Where would the garden be? Is the garden cut off in the drawing? You write about 45 meters length … Green line? Is that the driveway?
