We submitted the building application 4 months ago and it should be approved within 2 weeks. The tender was conducted a month ago with the first working plans (post #53). According to the architect, the changes do not require a new application or a new tender. I don’t know if others feel the same, but to me the hurdles for last-minute changes in our setup seem significantly lower than, for example, building with a prefabricated house builder. One has to keep a tighter rein, or need an architect who can rein you in again. Ours is just very relaxed about that...April is only a quarter away. Your building authority must be working at the speed of light. How can there already be a unit price when the tender readiness hasn’t even been achieved yet?
