Floor plan initial sketch - needs improvement?

Here is the floor plan again as I roughly imagine it with furniture.

The north entrance would be simple if the garage wing shifts to the west and then right up against the house, with no path in between. The entrance would then be where the 180-degree staircase is now. It would then be straight next to the entrance. And the garden would then have a really cozy SW corner.

The opening directions of the doors of the living room and kitchen look botched to me. 29.98 instead of 30 sqm living room: nobody will notice the difference ;-)

Before pulling yourself up on the hinges of the doors, the interior walls do not fit at the back or front. I assume a thickness of 10? For a reasonable calculation and to avoid a nasty surprise, set it to 18 (17.5 unfortunately not possible).

You're right, even the architect drew it incorrectly. The interior walls are "Technikfertig" 12.5 cm thick. Thanks for the hint

I would swap the utility room and the toilet, so you don't have another door right at the entrance and have more space for a wardrobe, the toilet can then also be aligned with the depth of the stairs. Also, if you want to go to the toilet in your cozy socks in winter, you won't have to walk through any grit or melted snow ;)
