Ok, but can you be a bit more precise? What exactly do you not like about the floor plan?

Would you post floor plans and elevations here? I have already seen many threads where floor plans were (rightly) torn apart. I cannot recall having seen positive examples (that is, ones that can also withstand strict experts; at most in the "New Houses Section" of the FAZ).
The problem with it, I believe, is that it usually doesn't help to improve it point by point. It is the overall work that fits or doesn't fit.

By the way, diagonally opposite (from my current location) stands an architect’s house that looks extremely successful on the outside ("Architect" is written on the door). Nevertheless, I share the skeptical opinion about architects. Maybe it’s like with a hairdresser. It takes time to find the right one, and luck is involved — and it has to fit from both sides.

I think it always depends a bit on what you really want... maybe I hang out with the wrong people, but most have normal houses and not ones at [Starnberger See], which I dream about at night. Maybe I am not aesthetic enough, but even the [Starnbergersee] houses don’t cause me sleepless nights.
You have to feel comfortable in the end - that it looks like kindergarten with SweetBanane3D is normal.
The floor plan is okay - not exciting and revolutionary but functional and neat - please contradict me.
The views are just plain 0815 new-build ghetto (as it is nicely called) - by the way, it is called that because almost EVERYONE builds like that - and these are not the poor and ugly ones, but rather the people who can afford to build a house of that size.

P.S.: the 25*25 m plot with north-south orientation on the play street with 0° slope is simply suitable for such houses - architect solutions are, in my opinion, important when the plot has a certain demand.

I don't think the floor plan is that bad, I would do it similarly (just with 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and without a shower on the ground floor, and I would extend the wall to the dressing room and add a door, but that's a matter of taste) I would also choose version B, or even put a small children's bathroom in that spot. I like your block, but I am absolutely not a fan of floor-to-ceiling windows, I find they take away the possibility to place furniture.

Personally, I would choose option A, but remove the floor-to-ceiling windows from the children's rooms. Is the utility room for heating or for storage? Technology on the ground floor next to the front door? Or rather in the basement? Shower bathroom on the upper floor will be difficult with drainage – the pipe has to go through the house.
