Yes, it includes the property. And demolition of the front building. The house itself is around 450k. Is this only for the house here? Then I'll adjust it accordingly.

Hmm... good question. Currently we have a relatively large kitchen with a significantly larger pantry. The pantry is practically our "favorite room" ;) You can wonderfully put things in there, close the door and: tidy. The bread slicer is also there, the handheld vacuum hangs there, and all sorts of other things. I suspect we will have fewer cabinets in the kitchen. The plan was more like: what can I fit in there at most.

With land, the information doesn’t make sense.
Where we are, the price per square meter of land is >1000€, and apparently there are still areas where you can get something for <100€.

House prices also vary regionally, but not to such an extreme extent.

450k is not expensive for the 3 floors with basement and for 3 bathrooms, light well, basement staircase.

With the amount of cabinets, you can easily place an appliance cabinet by the stairs. And you would gain a cabinet since you wouldn't need a door to the pantry anymore.
