As mentioned, basically everything is still in planning, we will contact an architect soon.

A few more pieces of information from me:
The plot is available, no space problems.
The intermediate building is planned because of the piece goods heating, which is significantly easier to access there than in the basement.
I could also agree to fewer but larger basement rooms.
The pantry on the ground floor should be retained, also with a direct connection to the kitchen.
Combining the bathroom on the ground floor with the guest toilet would also be an option for me.
Regarding the doors in 45-degree walls: These were created to accommodate all doors without too large corridors. Any further opinions on this point?

The kitchen with dining area just doesn’t work at all. The section jutting into the room is about 40 cm deep and is nothing more than an obstacle. The path to the terrace around the section and the table is a little slalom and not enjoyable at all.
Why have a pantry when you have an entire basement room for food?

Almost all rooms somehow have such an entrance angle... these may be square meters of floor space in the room, but they only serve to enter the room and fulfill no other purpose.

A site plan of the property would be useful. If it is large, you should consider slightly increasing the house footprint, and instead move washing/ironing to the upper floor and move technology/storage/food to the ground floor or the heating extension.

As I see it, however, there is no direct access from the ground floor to the heating room. So I would prefer to go to the basement to add fuel rather than going outside. But sure, because of the wood it would be an ease. Can you provide some more data on the planned heating system? With a large buffer? Would it suffice to fill and fire it up once every two days, or does it need to be restoked regularly? Also, the heating system should / must presumably be located within the interior shell of the house.

I find that sensible. I also don’t want to have to go to the basement for every little thing, sometimes multiple times if you’ve forgotten something. Drinks are also well stored there, since you don’t have to carry them down and then back up after shopping.
Yes, I would definitely reduce the number of basement rooms. 4 should be sufficient, maximum 5.
Combining the bathroom with the guest toilet is also an option if desired. In my opinion, 3 WCs per house is a bit oversized and of course more expensive.

Otherwise, I don’t like the whole thing yet. Too many doors on the ground floor and too convoluted.
Does the dormer on the upper floor have to be there? With a 1.75 m knee wall, other solutions could surely be found and especially some money saved. Overall, 350k is probably a bit too little unless you contribute some personal work.

Leave the draft at home when you consult an architect!
Who gave you the house number of 350000? Where will it be built, please expand your profile so that one can classify a house price?!
I don't want to go into details now. I can only state that this plan contains all the mistakes and faux pas that have been discussed or criticized here in the past year in floor plan discussions.
It starts with virtual hallway areas in almost every room and ends with a route to the ground-level pantry that is longer than the way to the basement. Casemates also need to be planned and not placed arbitrarily ;)

I'm still looking for it!

:)

So thanks for the hints.

Wood heating for logs, large buffer tank, supported by solar system, the stove only needs to be refilled every 2-3 days and heats the buffer. So the missing connection from ground floor to heating doesn't bother me.

What do the others think? This is often not the case with many wood chip heating systems either.

We would really like the dormer (appearance, windows facing south).

A cloakroom is planned right next to the entrance door (approx. 190 cm wide, 45 cm deep).

Since, as mentioned, we are still at the beginning of the planning, this is just our own estimate using online calculators.

In the rural area of Lower Bavaria. The house will be built as a solid house.

That would be something for : brick-veneered single-family house with dormer, 180 sqm + basement + double garage + extension + wood chip heating + lots of canopies in Lower Bavaria... I'll leave out the corner surcharges since the draft is nonsense :)

P.s. A wardrobe should have a depth of 60 cm so that coats and jackets can be hung on hangers.
