the stairs are very steep the airspace there is nothing. Every sound is carried upstairs so that the children really hear every evening meeting of the parents with friends. Otherwise difficult without measurements
Airspace is pointless there because the noise will rise and also the smells from the food. I would reconsider the extended office since it is disproportionately expensive for the added value. Alternatively, I would prefer to make the ground floor and upper floor suitable. We are considering installing a complete glass front upstairs as a parapet. No smell and noise will be reduced!
