Floor plan evaluation - what do you think about the first floor plan?

What writes. The gallery separated by glass looks strange.

Where exactly should the shower go on the ground floor?
The bathroom is already minimally small and there is no way to take anything from the utility room to enlarge the bathroom.

That's more like a little bit of airspace. I can't find any measurements for the house?

Are we still talking about the property from or and you have (in my opinion, excessively) decided to demolish, or is it another property (then this one should still be shown)?
