Floor plan draft - What do you think about it?

The planning with the architect is underway.

Could you please give your feedback on the design?

It is about an approx. 200 sqm house, Baden-Württemberg, basement with a granny flat, 441 sqm plot.

I don't like the entrance, it takes away 8 sqm.

It was important for me to have a bedroom on the ground floor. That's why the living room is not so big. Does anyone have an idea how I can enlarge the living room? Maybe somehow place the interior stairs differently or install a completely different type of stairs?

I think a glass element still needs to be installed in the living area.

And the entrance area should definitely be placed outside.

What else do you notice?

Your personal data is on there... you should probably remove it. Sleeping on the terrace is a nice idea, but remember that someone may not be able to take a nap if the children are playing loudly on the terrace.
