It's actually quite normal that a step forms here. The floor construction in the bedroom is usually lower than on the loggia because a proper insulation towards the living space is required there. If you want everything on one level, then the floor construction on the entire upper floor has to be higher and the staircase possibly longer.
Does your planner also know that a whirlpool is supposed to go there, because that brings quite a bit of load on a small area.
Thanks! I told the planner again about the whirlpool. He knows, but I also wonder why he didn't include it in the plans. I would find one step okay and tolerable. But that would just be a bigger step over the threshold for me than a real stair step, right? More would be bad.
