It wouldn’t be my thing to include spa and fitness islands scattered all over the house when you have the space to implement a good concept. I came across this forum when I was looking for ideas for houses with a fitness room. There was a user here who built a villa with a pool and a fitness floor. OK. Ours didn’t turn out quite that big, but during the Corona period, we actually stuffed everything that was previously spread around the house as sports equipment into one room. We even nailed the old TV to the wall and dusted off the old Bluetooth speakers from the construction site: best idea ever.

I understand your point. I have been training at home for 13 years in various apartments/houses. I think I have quite a good concept for myself. For me, spa and fitness do not directly belong together. But I understand that many see them as related.

Do you have the link to that house? I would be interested. Thanks!

If your wife does not train, then having your own studio would also be hard to justify without a good counteroffer. The user is called Rick. You should find him using the search function.

Thank you very much! That’s awesome! I don’t have an update yet and will get back to you when I have news. At the moment, we have discussed the topic of the additional story again. But that will be difficult from a building law perspective given the planned size. I’ll give you a sign of life again when there’s something new!
