The plans seem to me equally far from being distilled into a build-ready form solely through discussion here, as they are suitable to clarify the clients' wishes to an architect (! - not a draftsman) as a painted wish list. That means: immediately switch from continuing to draw yourself to consulting a professional!

@ , no internet ban :-) I have simply spent the last few days talking to several energy consultants because of the north/south orientation and possible KFW funding or not. All good, KFW 55, which is our goal, will not be a problem. We have now also picked a house from the brochure that matches our idea and where not much needs to be changed. Now we have to see if other companies can achieve something similar. That way we mostly stay within the standard, and as soon as things progress or the new floor plan from the expert is ready, we'll see... Thanks for the help.

How did you proceed with this, what exactly is the "not much" to be changed, and what is the name of the house model you found?

, we just thought again about how we can get light from the south into the house. Then we considered how to reduce the house shadow on the north side and went back to our first plan, the bungalow. It is not that tall and doesn’t cast that much shadow. We can put windows in the roof and have light inside the house with open ceilings. My wife asked me not to post the modified floor plan online yet. Which I can understand.

As a bungalow, we chose the ComfortStyle 10.01 P from Massa Haus. We made it a bit bigger and outsourced the technical room as a module. This allowed us to enlarge the bathroom and change two or three small things; probably the biggest change will be the rotated roof. We want the higher side facing north to put windows up there so light from the south can enter the living room. We are both very satisfied now. I have now requested the bungalow from the 4 favored companies and am waiting for the first prices. At the same time, I am currently commissioning a soil survey and a surveyor so that we can plan it in the right place right away to better determine the incidental construction costs. I suspect it will still take some time until the signature, but I believe we are now on the right track.

Regards Andreas

That sounds interesting.

I don’t currently remember any property related to that (?)
