You don't have to. You can plan well with windows that are then not there. For example, corner windows. You plan things like that. Also lines of sight from the sofa or dining area, for example, where you look. All that is planned and not just drawn randomly. And all this information naturally belongs to the basics of the planning - here it is the questionnaire. After an idea comes the big but. Well, try explaining to a woman that she can no longer wear minis – then the skirt is bought and never worn. Waste of money.

The south is not meant to become the main terrace; it is about quickly enjoying a coffee in the first rays of sun of the year.

You can mirror. You can also compensate a lot with the outdoor area on the ground floor. You are not helplessly exposed to the view of the neighbor's house wall.

Well, I often stay out of floor plan discussions, but here I can’t help it: I am speechless!

What do you understand by slight slope?

Here's a suggestion:

Is south exactly at the bottom?

There are all kinds.
One is a civil engineer, the other "just" a salesperson.
We had a capable civil engineer who recorded our wishes, which the architect (from the prefab house provider) implemented (as far as possible).

You yourself have been to prefab house parks. You quickly realize whether the "babble" makes sense or not.

What happened now? Did she give you an internet ban? ;) My recommendation for the next steps: Find yourselves a COMPETENT mediator or a COMPETENT architect and have a plan drawn up. The plot offers a very good starting point and deserves far better than the scribbles shown here.
