Draw furniture to scale in every draft.

I don’t know what you plan to do with this gigantic living room. Consider whether you want to put the pool table or reading area in a separate room.

Two cars parked one behind the other is more than impractical. Bicycles and co also have to pass through this narrow space with 2 parked cars.

Give the house more spaciousness in the entrance area. Use the staircase as a divider. If you place the staircase in the middle of the house, you can plan the parents’ area towards the street in the upper floor and the children’s rooms at the back without making it convoluted.

I wouldn't improve the floor plan but completely discard it and redesign it, it's simply no good. The hallway is far too narrow, pitch-dark and cramped in the wardrobe area, and the living room feels like an open-plan office. If such a large living room is desired, it should be more divided, for example with a bay window/conservatory that can be furnished separately with armchairs and plants. In an almost square, huge living space you simply feel uncomfortable. From the bedroom, you enter the dressing room or bathroom—how is the partner supposed to sleep in peace for longer? The children's bathroom is also located as far as possible from the children's rooms. Take a look at some show homes where you can actually see the dimensions and different room concepts in real life.
Best regards
Sabine

Thank you very much for the hints and honest critiques.

I have revised everything again and used a house design from this forum as a reference.

Once again, I ask for honest advice!!!
Thanks in advance!!!!

Draw some furniture in this square open space. Then you will see where the problems lie.

Top much better than before. Bottom.. well I assume it's supposed to be an open kitchen? Then why is the island so cramped, you can't really work properly there. I agree: put in furniture, to scale of course.
