Floor plan design for detached single-family house 9x16 m - requesting suggestions

So, I just noticed that I got the directions wrong due to the rotated floor plan. The long side of the house faces south (exactly SSW). Then it makes even less sense to place the garage and the stairs there. My room plan for the ground floor would then mean the living room faces southwest (which I find perfect). On the upper floor, one could consider whether the parents' section should be in the east or west. For parents in the west, the quietness in the bedroom and the "privacy" would speak in favor. For children in the west, probably the nicer view.

The front building edge is 4 m away from the street.

Building line or building boundary (so does the house have to start at 4 m, or may it start no earlier than 4 m).

We have come to the decision to discard our draft.
We leave that to the professionals.
We have now received a new floor plan that reflects our ideas.

The garage will still remain in the south. The reason is as follows: next to our plot on the south side there is an unsightly footpath, and for personal reasons we want to separate it using the garage.

If it were only to be taken out of sight, there would still be the alternatives of a hedge or privacy fence. Then you could get a bit more sunlight into the house. That would be important to us, but everyone has different priorities.
