A basement is no longer a basement in a new building. Bright, warm, normal ceiling height, not damp, not musty. Our entire basement is living space.

I join the list of YPG. Be sure to draw in your existing/desired furniture to scale.

Find the floor plan somewhat dull and closed for 2 people.

I'm currently only on my phone and now have to go to the stove... so just two quick questions: do you have contour lines for the property and 15 heights from ridge and eaves for the house? Are there worthwhile views on the valley side (southwest) if you can see over house 15; or does the planning only need to consider light/sun?

I basically like the design, but depending on the answers to the above questions, it can still be fine-tuned.

Staircase to the north (will then get windows and light from the ground floor) The granny flat then also doesn't have to pass by private cellar rooms. Cloakroom is then also doable. The ground floor then has enough space for common rooms in the south.
