The drawn-in furniture is actually already adapted to the size of our existing furniture. Currently, we even have only 40cm of passage between the dresser and the bed, and now 70cm are planned here. However, the bed is also planned with 2x2.20 to allow beds with upholstered headboards.

So you’re building yourself a house to have a bedroom as cramped as in a rental apartment (?) but with nice big hallways? And to get dressed in a 1.10m wide and four-meter-long windowless corridor?

The upper floor is a mix of wasted space and tightness

Can you tell me where you see wasted space so I can possibly improve it? To make the "narrow, dark corridor" a pleasant passage, a window would also be possible. Otherwise, such a room is of course a matter of taste.

Take a look at the floor plans of the prefabricated house providers for 3 bedrooms on the [OG]. There are many good solutions, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

You can tell you don't have children yet. With small children and especially with babies, you spend significantly more time in the bedroom than without children. You shouldn’t plan it like an underdeck cruise ship cabin. It’s gladly allowed to be a meter larger.

Draw the minimum 80 cm space requirement around the table for sitting. You have, despite a much too small staircase, a huge hallway on both floors. First take a functioning staircase and then not a straight one.
