that is generous. However, as long as the staircase does not fit and the floor plan has been changed accordingly, there is not much to say about the rest. Almost everything changes.
we would like to get suggestions and ideas from you regarding our first floor plan draft.
Please excuse the unprofessional sketches, but we are just at the beginning and have the first meeting with a potential construction company next week.
I would say the furniture is planned very optimistically. With a width of 3.4 m, you will always have to squeeze around the dining table if someone is sitting there. It won't feel particularly spacious.
The office is also very small – fitting a desk and a couch in there will be very tight. We have 3.2 m width, and both just fit opposite each other. And it still feels cramped.
A 4m wardrobe is completely sufficient for 2 people. I would solve it like this:
That would give you a (not desired) makeup/workspace in the bedroom, no (desired) storage room, and the necessary comment regarding the stairs has already been made ;)

I am currently trying to implement your tips and suggestions for improvement and work them into the floor plan. However, the stair topic is somewhat tricky with the house shape
But at the same time, we also took the advice to heart and checked out Maxime and Edition (I actually hadn't had the provider on my radar at all) and the floor plan of Maxime 700II would correspond to our ideas.
The staircase issue is somewhat tricky with the house shape
Actually, the size matters more than the house shape. Maybe I missed it, but what are the dimensions (length x width) of the house? If you’re not married to the straight staircase, then it’s better to try a different staircase design. With a house size under about 200 sqm, the straight staircase always causes issues. That doesn’t mean it’s fundamentally impossible, but it is very limiting and can only be implemented with compromises. You just have to consider whether a straight staircase is worth it to you.
What are the dimensions (length x width) of the house?
Currently, it is 9x11 meters and it would make the most sense to plan it along the longer side, but we are not really satisfied with that either. My original wish was a landing staircase, but it will probably take up too much space for us to integrate it cleverly.
