I would like to point out that you have quite a few patio doors. Almost all around the house. Please keep in mind that you will need an exit or a path or terrace in front of each. That would be expensive outdoor landscaping in your case.

A small exit / step in front is enough if the door leads directly into the garden and there is lawn in front.

The sports room is to be used as storage space and as an ironing room. There is a dormer in the bathroom.

Ah, I had overlooked that. Then I would put the shower in the dormer and the sink where the shower currently is. Separate the shower in the dormer from the bathtub with just a glass partition - at least in the upper area.

Consider whether you really need the projections and recesses in the facade, or what added value they offer you.

Those are the two criteria. I would leave them out for cost reasons. I have no comment on the aesthetics without elevations.

and here we are again with the Ritter Sport advertising ... square, practical, good. Why is every little bit of "different" rated negatively, mostly because of costs. The original poster might have money and doesn’t want his house to look like every other one on the street. I like it.

I also find the jumps forward and backward very nice. Whoever can afford it - bring it on! Is a laundry chute planned in the bathroom? I think it's a pity that you have to go through the garage with the laundry if you want to hang it outside. There will hardly be enough space if you have to squeeze past the bicycles. I would try to change that, also so that the bicycle room can be used to its full capacity. Every centimeter counts there, I'm afraid.
