Overall quite nice, but I would check the following things again to see if they suit you:
Ground floor
- At the front door you almost stumble over the stairs, it is at least very tight after entering. Maybe you could remove the first step or the first step + landing, and move the stairs about 25 - 50 cm to the left according to the plan. You could then walk straight through to the utility room.
- Space for the dining table with 3.30 m is quite tight. With a 1 m table, there is 1.15 m per side for the chairs. You have to squeeze through if people are sitting there. Maybe reduce the distance between the kitchen row / island or/and shift the kitchen slightly towards the office.
- The lift-and-slide door and window at the bottom of the plan near the dining table are poorly placed, it would be nicer if the table stood directly in front of the windows and not off to the side like that.
- Guest WC very small, it is hardly possible to get into the shower. Maybe have the door open outwards and enlarge it a bit towards the bottom of the plan. If the utility room could be accessed directly to the right after the front door, the guest WC could be moved forward to the stairs.
- Cloakroom: Is the 1.50 m closet enough for 4 people? A niche of 1.51 m is not enough for a 1.50 m closet! Better to plan a few centimeters more if it is not going to be a custom-made closet.
- I would try furnishing the living room as you imagine it. The only window should not be blocked by the sofa.
- I find the terrace a bit large on the west side. Personally, I find it nicer if you look at perennial beds in the living room area and only have a narrow strip to go outside.
Upper floor
- Reconsider the bathroom furnishings, the shower is half in front of the window. If it is to be bricked in, it would disturb me visually.
- Dressing room is quite tight, but the bedroom is quite large. If you want to divide wardrobes / dressers between bedroom and dressing room, it is okay like that. Door in dressing room to the hallway and to the bedroom, in case someone wants to sleep longer.
- I would combine ironing and laundry. Why not have a utility room upstairs with washing machine and dryer, and storage downstairs with the technical room?
