Phew, what can you say? Back to square one, really. And first of all, clarify the positioning of a house (any house, as long as it's not this one) on the plot. From my point of view, preferably as far northeast as possible. And if you have to stick to the building line, then as far east as possible with an elongated design that leaves the western part of the plot free.
Cars also in the northeast, preferably directly by the driveway. And no, they don't have to be right next to the house: what on earth is so great about squeezing past cars in a narrow, dark garage, then winding through a windowless, cramped utility room, only to end up in a too narrow – and dark – hallway? Speaking of dark; that's also an issue.
Please don't be offended, but scrap this 'design.' Designs for a family of four in 170 sqm without a slope on a 1,600 sqm plot are a dime a dozen. You'll surely find better ones.
