I already feared that the gallery would cause problems. Although with other prefabricated house providers it also fits into the floor plan – with the same living area.

Oh wow, soil analysis and especially geotechnical site investigation already done? Otherwise, your buffer disappears into the civil engineering work. What happens to the 40cm of excavation?

It seems nobody here has noticed that there is no utility room. Where is the technology supposed to go? Into the 2-3sqm pantry?
