This is a wall panel in front of the bedroom and WC to ensure privacy. Because there would be a short way from the bedroom to the WC. Of course, the bedroom could also be used as a hobby room or later as a children's room. Likewise, the desired light strips can be planned on the front, mine is just a suggestion. There are also possibilities for windows on the side. There are regulations for garage boundary construction. Why does a utility room have to be at the front now? Possibly the garage and windows need to be coordinated... I have now decided on a carport anyway. Well then. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't fit, but at least you might have an idea of how to plan it with a proper living room. You should also think about whether you actually want the large windows to the south and west. Because when the sun shines, it can quickly get too hot there, even in winter. Almost everyone dreams of lots of light but does not consider that you often have to operate the shutters when a central place in the house is extremely illuminated.

What you allow your girlfriend in 5., you do not allow your child. They should pass by first and use their bathroom ;).

I once designed a bungalow "Swedish style." I have now just rotated it so that it fits your orientation. If you were to omit the window on the west side in the master bathroom, you could also place the garage there. I also always think that this access via the utility room is not necessarily needed and actually takes up valuable space, both in the utility room and in the garage. One should be aware that there is often a step there, and that you also want to store bicycles etc. somewhere in the garage.

What do you want to store there? And where have you planned the access to the attic?

In my sketch, which is intended for 2 children (here you could maybe separate sleeping and play areas), I would hang a TV in the kitchen/dining room on the wall towards the master bedroom and possibly even install a sliding door to the sofa/TV area. Then, for example, the group of buddies can watch football in the sofa-TV room and the women's group or so can still use the kitchen with dining table and terrace access ;).

When a child becomes a teenager, you are also still protected in the sofa area when the "kids' friends" are coming and going.

Good evening, I didn’t want to redesign the entire draft, just work on improving the living room situation. The attic is supposed to be used for storing stuff like boxes, decorations, etc. (which would otherwise be in the basement). I actually wanted to put the pull-down attic ladder (planned to be 1m wide) in the hallway area. (Relatively far from the children's room) I scribbled a bit more. I swapped the sofa with the kitchen area and moved the door from the utility room to the kitchen into the hallway. You would only need to find a new position for the fireplace. Maybe I would also move the sliding door so that a straight passage line is created. (You don’t walk straight into the kitchen island) What do you think?

Well, a bit better, but I still find the guest bathroom and the associated rooms child/work VERY unfavorable. The sofa somehow doesn't convey any coziness at all... always with the room entrance and the kitchen area at your back.

By moving the utility room door, the space for shoes/wardrobe becomes even smaller, but the little space still has a good 8 sqm ;)

I haven't identified a fireplace in the previous plans at all, at least none was drawn in the furnishing plans. I also wouldn't know where a fireplace could be reasonably placed here. In my Swedish bungalow sketch, there would be a sensible spot.

Why not fill the outer shell with different content? Because tweaking a bit here and a bit there usually makes the rooms less favorable.

Actually, you don't have a living room - so it's difficult to change just something in the draft without changing something else.

That a sofa doesn't make a living room is quite evident in your last post.
1.50 meters in front of a TV is, by the way, absolutely too close.
