We thought we would plan living and cooking, dining on the south side so that the most light can be utilized. We live in the countryside (I forgot to mention that) and are used to working with a pantry. Shelves and the freezer are meant to go into the pantry. The laundry as you have correctly implied is also planned for the upper floor. The storage room/utility room is not big but should be sufficient. Thank you for your feedback!

Definitely, this is not a free pass! I have looked at the existing development plans of the municipality and tried to derive something from them. What other option than submitting a preliminary building inquiry gives me security? Thank you!

However, you have a small corridor there, which is at most as wide as a door. How do you want to fit cabinets there and still be able to move in front of them? Open drawers? And then the mirror in the dark corner with artificial light above it? The view into the room towards the end of the wall is also not nice. Somehow this won’t work. I would rather opt for a classic, nice large bedroom with two beautiful windows, where the wardrobe is in the room, or plan again from scratch. As nice and large as the bedroom is, in this form there is, in my opinion, no reasonable dressing room that brings you more than just being able to say that you have a dressing room.

In an "almost passive house" you have to pay close attention to which stove with which output. Fireplace stoves quickly become oversized and you can sit in front of them in a bikini and swim trunks. In the end, we decided against it.

Kampa is quite a high-priced provider; maybe you can save money by switching to another prefab house provider.

I had written a long text and now deleted it after all..

I rarely participate in floor plan discussions because as a layperson I do not want to talk anyone out of anything. However, I am really sorry, I am just waiting for the users here to give you the advice to completely redo the planning.

After endless planning, I myself got so frustrated that I wished I had followed that advice earlier. You just want to move forward and end up making things look nicer in your floor plan by talking and arguing, and now as a former builder I want to urge you to at least carefully consider the tips here!
