161 sqm of which about 20 sqm are hallway area, which in my opinion is wasted.
I don't like it when kitchen / living / dining are all in a row. I would swap office and kitchen and accordingly dining and living.
I would skip the pantry, shell construction 1m, when plastered and painted about 97cm remain. What is supposed to go in there? I would omit it and instead plan two or three tall storage cabinets in the kitchen. They hold so much, it's incredible.
Children's room is too narrow for me, in the shell construction they have 2.90m depth, later about 2.87m. We have 3.35m depth in the children's rooms and it could have been a few cm more.
The storage room on the upper floor is quite small, where is the laundry supposed to be washed? We have our utility room on the upper floor, that was the very best idea, I've realized now after just over a year in the house. I would always do it that way again.
We thought we would plan living and cooking, dining on the south side so that the most light can be utilized. We live in the countryside (I forgot to mention that) and are used to working with a pantry. Shelves and the freezer are meant to go into the pantry. The laundry as you have correctly implied is also planned for the upper floor. The storage room/utility room is not big but should be sufficient. Thank you for your feedback!
