That's always subjective. For us, 21 degrees is too cold to sit in the evening. How you can manage with the heating only one month is unclear to me. We also have KFW55, but the heating is still on because otherwise it gets too cold early.I currently live in a KFW55 apartment and I feel more warm than cold in winter. Last winter we maybe had the heating on for one month. With a fireplace we would have completely overheated. So unless you are absolute frostbites, a fireplace in a passive house is absolutely overkill. 21 degrees in a super insulated house are comfortably warm.
