I would recommend you to get other furniture legs (e.g. from SO-Tech), because the ones from Metod become a bit wobbly when screwed out that far. And I even know people with 1m working height.

Yes, these bases are ideal. Then with a 38 mm thick countertop, I would at least reach a working height of about 95 cm, not optimal, but already much better than my current height of about 89 cm.

This is how I plan to do it, is that possible:

1. Buy two boards, 10 cm wide and 60 cm long, and screw them onto the outside of the METOD cabinets. Drill through the topmost holes of the METOD cabinets and the attached boards, and attach the drawer rails there. Then assemble all the carcasses without doors.

2. Screw the plinth foot up to 115 mm* and attach it, set up all carcasses and fit with doors.

3. Equip a low Förvara drawer with a 10 cm high front and insert it into the niche.

4. Lay the countertop and attach the wall connection strip.

* Should I possibly screw it up to 116 or 117 mm instead, to have a bit of leeway with the drawer?

That will work. Set up the dishwasher and adjacent cabinets temporarily beforehand to determine the exact base height. The dishwasher might need to be a bit higher to precisely compensate for uneven floors. Make sure the boards are straight in all directions. Solid wood tends to warp. If you prefer it higher, use a higher base.

Thanks!
:)

An even higher pedestal... then I would have a gap between the dishwasher and the drawer...
... but if you were to say now that ergonomics come before beauty, you would of course be right...

The gap does not have to be at the top, you can place the dishwasher higher or close the gap at the top with a decorative strip / filler strip.

Hm, I have to see if I can find the manual for the dishwasher somewhere... if I can really screw it up... would be great of course. Sometimes I really wish I were as small as the average German woman. Well, probably my Dutch genes! :D
