Fireplace as a room divider ... you have planned <40sqm living/dining/cooking, it doesn’t need to be visually divided further ;-) The room is 3.50m wide, you will be glad to be able to walk around the dining table. If someone pulls the chair out to sit down, they risk hitting it against the wall on both sides.

Well, I think that's a bit exaggerated. ;)

With a table 1m wide, there is 2.5m of space left. That means 1.25m on both sides minus plaster.
A distance of at least 60cm between the table and the wall is recommended, 80cm if someone still needs to pass behind a seated person.
These are, mind you, minimum measurements, but with 1.25m distance you should be far from such problems.

I would consider whether the wall on which the TV is mounted could be moved a bit further to the left according to the plan. And that far enough so that there is room for a cabinet behind the door to the guest room.
The distance between the couch and the TV is already quite large at over 5m, so that won't be lost.
The open-plan room will become smaller as a result, but that is not the problem at this point. I would be much more concerned whether 9x3.5m might feel like a corridor.
However, my suggestion could be counterproductive here.

The wall between the children's rooms could be moved downward on the plan, so that there is room for a cabinet behind the door of the northern child's room again. Same goes for the bedroom, but that would mean the study would have to become smaller.

No offense, these measurements are known from the internet and are theoretical. Measure it yourself at your own table.
60cm distance from the table to the wall? You can’t pull the chair out fully to sit down. Especially not grandma. And no one can pass through if someone is sitting there. We’re not talking about a side path here, but the only passage to the living room.

The table in the drawing is a symbolic image and doesn’t reflect real proportions even remotely. Hence probably the misconception that a fireplace could be placed somewhere, even as a room divider. The drawing suggests a spatial spaciousness that does not exist.

Therefore, my criticism is that 150sqm is nice for 2 adults and two children, but not if two side rooms (offices) are added to the living area. Their space is missing in the living area, in my opinion.
I therefore agree with a previous speaker: pull out one meter to the left of the plan.

my predecessors have actually already addressed everything I noticed as well
- bathtub pitch dark
- 5 meter couch to TV distance seems very far to me (with a projection screen this can of course be good), I would also enlarge the study/guest room
- I never know how sensible it is to have to go through the dirty area of the wardrobe to get to the WC, maybe consider swapping the utility room and WC (how often do you really have to go to the WC as soon as you come in? I claim from the rest of the house you have to go there more often and then always stumble through the dirty area and the wandering shoes of the kids?
- 3.5 meters is enough for the table, but if you want to plan the kitchen really nice and practical, 4 meters would certainly be better; you could plan a freestanding island, by the way, it is recommended to really deal with the kitchen planning in time (and not only when the floor plan is already fixed).

otherwise the floor plan actually looks quite successful.

I agree with you. 80cm as a passageway is too little in the long run. But if I assume the 3.50 as: wall - 80cm space - 1m table - space X - wall Then space X is 1.7 wide. That's enough. Even if grandma sits there in a wheelchair, I can still get past without any problem ;)

Ultimately, I also have to agree, 0.5m or 1m more in width would really do the house good...

Hello, I basically don't find the floor plan bad. However, three meters fifty as the living room width is very oppressive and the room lacks coziness. I would strongly advise you to honestly measure your current furniture and place it in the plan. If you want such small furniture, okay. Otherwise, better to plan anew.
