Sweaty from "skifoan" or dirty from gardening is less common than two adults and two teenagers wanting to shower in the morning. And I more often have two small kids in mud pants between my legs who both need to go to the bathroom QUICKLY!!! at the same time, so I appreciate every inch of free space in the bathroom. 140 sqm, two full floors, full basement and attic - I can fit a second shower better than in the 2.5 sqm guest bathroom.
