Identical for us!

ING is in first position on the property, they made the best offer for the house, and that even though we probably wouldn't have found another bank that would have gone into second position anyway.

I have now inquired, let's see if the advisor gets back to me and what he suggests.

Not really. ING does include the property in the valuation, i.e. 100% of the land at BRW, but they don't finance the conversion. Since that costs around €25,000, we would only have €25,000 left for the kitchen and as a buffer. Too little.

Talked to MBS today and we agreed on 10 years with 0.97% effective interest.

It was worth a try and you have found a good alternative solution.

Yo. Hope it works this time :-) But since I spoke with the employee, I’m assuming it will.

The financing for 15 years at MBS has increased by 0.1% again. It is now 1.43%.
