No approval yet. A 10-year fixed interest rate at 0.97% was applied for. According to the MBS employee, it will work out. It will still take a week. We will see then :cool:

Under 80%. The property was recognized at 100% of the size for BRW. They (MBS) also have no problem going to second priority in the land register.

Was by far the best offer. And I contacted 5 banks myself and engaged 5 financial advisors. Let's hope it works out :)

We accepted the offer from our main bank (also Sparkasse) at the end of May.

0.94% fixed for 11 years (still negotiated 1 year out).

The loan-to-value ratio should be just under 100% for us, since the subsidies are not considered as equity.

Since then, however, the average yield on circulating bonds has fallen by 24 BP. A pity, but I still think our terms are quite good.
