I would put laundry on the ground floor so that the distances are not so long - if it makes sense; alternatively even on the upper floor if you can manage it properly. The ground floor has the advantage of external access, the upper floor has the advantage of being a bit closer to the producer. With us, everything is also in the multifunction room on the ground floor, as the architects from the green forum always complain - after all it is not a walk-through room ;-)
