Hello everyone!

How do you like the house? Do you have any suggestions for improvement? And are the rooms and windows properly aligned? I look forward to any feedback!

For me, a garage that takes away my life elixir in the house, namely the sun, is a no-go. Overall, the hallway would be too much for me, even though the rooms upstairs appear quite spacious. How big is the fun? Garage within the thermal envelope can become an energy saving ordinance problem. Light in the dining area is sparse. If it comes to furnishing where the sofa is somewhat bigger, you have the view from the postman to the chill corner. Not cozy at all. Also not having the door from the sofa in sight. Very much bathroom. Possibly wrong division of the 2 bathrooms and their functions (wellness, sauna, children's bathroom?). In the bedroom, I do not see the usefulness of the space. Is there still a basement connected or where does the heating go? Where is all the small stuff, cleaning supplies, sports gear, ironing board? Where is the laundry washed?

Yes exactly, it should at least be on the other side. Then the bathroom with the huge surfaces to clean as the kids' bathroom and having the sauna in there, and then the smaller bathroom as the parents' bathroom? - that also sounds like "the other way around would be smarter." With dimensions included, one can say much more about it. Is it supposed to be a flat-roof house? - otherwise the knee wall would have to be quite high, if only for the location of the shower in the kids' bathroom.

Hm... if I calculate the ratios to a door, then you are here in the >250sqm range. Not bad. But it hides in the bathrooms, corridors, and bedrooms without real added value compared to a 150sqm house. The wall in the kitchen could be taken crosswise. Then the corridor becomes smaller, the living room bigger...
