Counter-question: have you answered all the questions from the questionnaire? How much is the house supposed to cost? Age of the builders? The questions are justified for many things that you may not be aware of right now, in order to accommodate the builders. We just want to help here and not annoy any users, that should be said again.

I correct: 2.5 to 2.6 meters (standard bed width is 2.10)

Building services in the AR on the ground floor. Stair landing out of the dirt area. Relatively large hallway, which I like. Apparently, 5 people are planned and they need space. Unfortunately, this spaciousness is destroyed by the staircase. The kitchen has also already been mentioned. Not exactly ergonomic, many expensive corners, in the dining area every door hits someone in the back. Minimum space requirement is 80 cm from the edge of the table without walkway and without door. In the upper floor the parents' area bothers me. Own bathroom, dressing room = passage room, cramped bedroom. You are always limited in the choice of furniture and still it will be a tight closet. Utility room on the upper floor is great, but do you really want your children (who will eventually grow up) to always have to walk through your dressing room?

unfortunately, I also find the floor plan far from successful. You write that you are currently 2 adults plus 1 child... is more offspring planned?

I find the utility room on the upper floor really inconvenient (to put it mildly), where you have to go through the dressing room every time... I would definitely plan it on the ground floor...

Bedroom way too small for a house with > 200sqm... overall very convoluted, kitchen definitely too small. I would put the office upstairs, utility room downstairs. (Maybe more spacious in connection/adjacent to the garage).

Great, now the comments are becoming more useful. Criticism + reasoning + proposed solution = top And as it turns out, it is mainly the hallway, kitchen (which we had already widened by about 60cm towards the terrace door according to the kitchen planner, although this is not yet visualized on the plan) and bedroom that show weaknesses. In our opinion, the dining room is large enough. The windows are mainly for ventilation (they are tilted for that purpose). Terrace doors are located in both the living room and the kitchen. Regarding the point "Aquarium," on the one hand, plants are planned, and on the other hand, [Raffstores] to create privacy. Even though the proposed solution is probably always the most difficult part. There are very creative minds at work here. Is there anyone who would dare to approach an alternative, including a partial alternative (for example, concerning one room)? It may also be presented as a hand drawing.

Quite a few things have already been mentioned. Did I actually overlook a north arrow?

I'm having a hard time with it. There are many things that personally bother me but cannot be fixed with small changes. And since the plan is almost final, it's hardly worth racking your brain about it. I also don't think you'll get many ideas and suggestions here for that exact reason.

Is the attached thing between the garage and the house completely within the thermal envelope? It looks like the upper floor is inside but the ground floor is not.
