Feedback floor plan - size and price ok?

I was designing late into the night yesterday (Sweet Home 3D). So far, nothing presentable has come out of it.

Besides what else is seen here as "final" apprentice pranks, you can hardly embarrass yourself

I want to say that as a guideline and with the 450k budget for the house, you can certainly get something decent.

You can - but here the design and cost estimate didn’t seem to come from the same architect.

No one has written that the OP cannot afford a house. The budget is sufficient for a house for 3 people, just not for the planned house.
