So, we have a red roof, it is not dirty, even after three years. Otherwise, I like what is shown, only a gray base strip would look better with it. This house also needs more roof overhang. Otherwise, it seems too much like 1955 to me.

yes, I also wouldn't know that red roofs look dirty faster. But to be honest, I don't know for sure either.

Yes, my example picture would still need a base. But well, if the creator doesn't want brown, I understand.

No, definitely not as quickly as a red roof. We built our first house 18 years ago with red Brass roof tiles, supposedly also with some kind of "Star-something coating" against moss, dirt, etc. After 5-10 years it started to get dirty, other roofs in the same new development that are anthracite look much better. Now the red roof is really dirty and for our second house we chose a burgundy glossy roof. We would have liked to choose anthracite, but it was not allowed.

Best regards Sabine

As mentioned, copper tape and you should no longer have any moss growth. Then the dirt won’t stick as well, and the rest should be taken care of by the rain?

A burgundy roof would also fit in the example picture.

Everything except white windows. I think that's really not acceptable. The neighbor just replaced the old (brown aluminum) windows with white plastic windows. It looks really cheap. Anthracite isn't exactly the height of creativity either, but still better. Facade color snow gray with a bit of lilac.
