our house is sky blue with white windows and doors, and burgundy almost brown bricks. visually, double rod mesh, stone desert, and an evergreen in the front garden go great with your house, by the way. have you ever thought about not being like everyone else? I know, I know, it sounds absurd at first... but once you start, it's fun. and you can tell guests who come for the first time "the blue house on the left side" (actually just (the blue house) would be enough)...

What you can also use to set nice accents is a darker base color with shades of gray, for example. (In this picture there is no base at all, which is rather unusual, isn't it?)

But doesn't a dark roof also quickly look dirty if moss or something grows on it? See the older neighboring building in the background. Besides, nowadays people install a copper strip along the ridge of the roof to prevent moss growth, right?
