One can hardly emphasize the reservation enough, but here it says so that I interpret the matter as meaning that at the time of acceptance the defect (let's assume it is one) was not known. IMHO § 640 (2) of the Building Code then does not apply and the buyer has the usual rights. INAL.

With the light incidence, every plaster will look "wavy," craftsmen are not precision mechanics!!!

Are you just sugarcoating your own plaster there? ... I think it looks catastrophic. With us, you can’t see a single hill in the raking light.

I'm usually not a stickler for measurements, but this is a bit too hilly. Karsten

Wow, that really looks terrible and I have never seen anything like it in a new building before.

If this is not a defect, ... well then I don’t know either. Off to the expert!

Thank you for the feedback. The expert understands, but we currently have two problems: we have little time left and additionally a financial double burden, and an expert who can easily cost €3000 is too expensive at the moment, unfortunately.

My lawyer (We have legal expenses insurance) said we should focus on the general building authority approval of the thermal composite system.

Nevertheless, I find the tolerance of 7mm very harsh, and even if my facade is still within the tolerance, it still looks awful.
