An insurance against incompetence of the lawyer would probably be more urgent. The panels are laid unevenly, which a thin plastering cannot compensate for. I do not see any justified suspicion of using unsuitable panels. Does he usually only handle heated blanket complaints? – Construction cases, probably not.

The problem is only that you can see these increases only when the sun shines on them from the side.

... or from some distance. I had to look twice to realize that it was a plastered wall surface; at first glance, I saw a cassette door, that is, a surface structured in a rectangular pattern.

The problem here, in my opinion, is that the unevenness in the installation of the panels does not match the thickness of the plaster layer. Possibly, there is also a tape applied that is supposed to conceal exactly this unevenness at the joint edges of the panels.

From my point of view, something is clearly defective if any layman is sufficient to recognize it as such.

He has the Advocard 360. This does cover up to €1000/year for consultation costs of any kind, but not builder disputes.

Source: Test.de
“The claim by Advocard that the 360° legal protection offers legal certainty in all life situations is a marketing lie. The name of the offer and the advertising can give consumers the false impression that with the 360° they can always hire a lawyer at the insurance’s expense in case of legal trouble. But this is not the case, especially in court disputes. There are no legal protection insurances on the market without exclusions. Also not with Advocard. For example: An Advocard customer does not have legal protection in court disputes related to house construction.”

I think on the first picture it almost looks like these are "blisters". As if the reinforcement had come loose. The edges of the EPS boards are usually ground down to avoid burrs.

How do you come to the conclusion that someone has to inspect the facade? If your general contractor sends you the building authority approval by mail, the matter is settled for him.
