Extra meter for heat flow tariff (heating electricity tariff) yes/no?

With that, you are cheaper in ongoing operation with an annual performance factor of 2.5. Actually even somewhat better, since about 10% goes up the chimney with gas. You could probably even achieve 2.5 in many unrenovated old buildings, after all, a larger part of the heating period is in the transitional season.

Thought the topic was settled? A second meter is only worth it if your local utility gives away the heating power. For whatever reason ;)

Oh, I was just still unsure whether I should reserve the "space" in the meter cabinet for the future or not.

Having space is better than needing space.

I can only underline that. Maybe someday for a separate meter for an electric car, if that is specially supported... In this respect, a somewhat larger control cabinet is always good.
